Our Mission
Stellar Dive Travel works to expand upon dive knowledge while encouraging divers to connect.
Our trips focus on small groups (8-16 divers), specialized dive training, and shared occupancy – often in vacation homes or condos. Stellar Dive Travel provides a fun and safe platform to build upon your dive skills as you work with and support other divers. Whether you come with a friend or join us as a single diver – you’re sure to leave with plenty of dive buddies and tons of new memories!

Our Story
Stellar Dive Travel is owned and operated by Laura Foley.
Laura is passionate about diving, education, and community. While working as the Assistant Manager at First Coast Divers, she noticed a need for local trips and ongoing dive training. With her experience as a PADI Specialty Instructor and her love of adventure, Laura hopes to fill the void with her new business, Stellar Dive Travel.
Laura began diving in 2006. A PADI MSDT since 2010, she has taught a range of divers including open water students in San Diego California, conservation specialists at the Georgia Aquarium, and marine biology interns in the Philippines. Her love of the ocean also led her to attain an M.S. in Marine Science, work as a coral reef researcher, teach high school oceanography, and freelance as a science communicator. Some of Laura’s most favorite memories have been made underwater and she is so excited to curate and share that opportunity with others.
